Jennifer has always had a passion for the performing arts world and has a blended background in the industry as a dancer/model and consultant. She grew up training in upstate New York with the founder of the Rochester City Ballet, Tim Draper and NYC workshops with The Rockettes and other professional dance companies. She was featured in company ad campaigns for Kodak and Nestle as a child model at the large marquis in NYC Grand Central Station. She was honored to perform in the professional productions of the “Nutcracker” with the Atlanta Ballet and in “FireBird” with the Cincinnati Ballet as a young adult. She continued her passion to dance in lead contemporary, modern, ballet and jazz roles for the UD Dance Ensemble in several pieces for various choreographers in Dayton, Ohio including the Dayton Contemporary Dance while pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton in Psychology with a dual minor in Communication and Management.
She received a full scholarship for a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and worked full time as a Research Associate for the Change Management Group of the Merrick School of Business and as an International Business Consultant for several years after graduating with the Hay Group, whose Founding Managing Partner, Dr. Milton L. Rock also founded The Rock School of Dance Education in Philadelphia.
Her background and the community created at dance2b continue to inspire her to cultivate new experiences for herself, d2b clients, and the greater dance community. Jennifer has worked with Producers for Man Camp - A Feature Film, ABC studios for America’s Got Talent, Dancing with the Stars, The Bachelor Spin-off - Ben & Lauren, Cirque Soleil “Luzia” Touring Director, NYC based Transition Theater Producer, Jeff Venable Cinematography in Nashville, High Noon Entertainment, and other local Denver Casting Agents and Managers for talent, space and consulting for their projects. After witnessing how these film productions were captured, she was inspired to create the Cinematic Arts Theater (CAT), Productions, and the CONSERVATORY with Henry Graham to entertain the community and train passionate students in Denver to prepare them for the industry. She is thrilled to be involved and start a similar quality program with IAE Academy and create the opportunity for youth to receive excellence in both academics and industry management and dance training.
dance2b has always been an artistic hub for adults and will continue to do so in the evening, while The Conservatory will curate the future entertainers during the day.
